How this website is built to be usable by everyone, and how to report a problem.
Our commitment
Stephanie Johnson and Coldwell Banker Realty want this website to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control. The website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we have done
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a skip link to the main content.
- Text and controls meet WCAG AA color contrast.
- Every photo has a text description and every form field has a label.
- Headings follow a logical order, and body text is at least 16 pixels.
- Scroll animation turns off when your device asks for reduced motion, and every page works without it.
- No accessibility overlay or widget is used.
