Who we are
This website is operated by Stephanie Johnson, a broker with Coldwell Banker Realty, 833 W Lincoln Hwy Ste 340, Schererville, IN 46375. In this policy, "we" means Stephanie Johnson and Coldwell Banker Realty.
What we collect
- Messages you send us. The contact and home value forms do not send anything by themselves. When you press send, your own email app opens a message to Stephanie with what you typed: your name, email, a property address (home value form), phone number (optional), what you are interested in, and your message. Nothing reaches us until you send that email.
- Your calls and texts choice. If you check the calls and texts box, your choice is included in the message you send, and we keep that message as the record of your consent.
- Standard server logs. This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may log IP addresses, pages requested, and times, as most web hosts do.
What we do not use
This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or session recording, and does not set cookies. The payment estimator and the selling checklist run in your browser and do not save or send what you enter.
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details. See Google's privacy policy.
The property search is provided by Coldwell Banker Realty's agent website platform. It runs inside a frame from that platform, which may set its own cookies and collect information under its own privacy policy.
How we use and share information
We use what you send to respond to your request and to provide real estate services. Your information is shared with Stephanie Johnson and Coldwell Banker Realty, and with the customer relationship and email systems the brokerage uses for that purpose. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Any other reasonable request to stop is honored too.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or ask us by phone or email.
- Ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you sent by contacting us below.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information you send, and we expect the same of the services that store it for us.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Do Not Track
This website does not track visitors across sites, so it does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
